Shipping charges vary depending on your location and the weight of your order, with the final costs provided at checkout. We aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase, and while we do our best to meet these timelines, they cannot always be guaranteed.

Our international customers are equally important to us, and we offer worldwide shipping. Please note, though, that customs and import duties may apply for deliveries outside of the UK, which are the customer's responsibility. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress. At IAKING London, we're committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, from browsing to delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
At IAKING London, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium silk scarfs. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please do so within 7 days from the date of receipt. Items returned must be in their original condition, unused and with all IAKING London packaging and labels intact.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. We aim to make this process as straightforward as possible, and your satisfaction is our primary concern at IAKING London.
